Firm Forensics shall keep confidential and shall not without the prior consent in writing of the Company copy or disclose to any third party the scope or content of the Services, or any documents or information received from the Client. However, Company understands and agrees that Firm Forensics may print the Company's name in Firm Forensics’ marketing materials as being a previous client while not disclosing any details related to Services done pursuant to this Agreement.
